Boom shacklaka new blog and what not. Sooooooo lets just see on Tuesday we went to have the ultrasound done and we found out as many of you know that we are having a girl! Which let me tell you I am very happy about. So we had already had a girl name picked out it of course would be Nevaeh Hope Laughman... which now that I think about it her Initials will be NHL which is great cuz I love hockey... that's just a random coincidence but hey maybe it was meant to be like that. Anyway well then my beautiful fiancé was not sure if she wanted to name her Nevaeh or not... she was playing around with the names of Summer, Saige, and Nadia as well. Me and momma jaw were both trying to talk her desperately into naming her Zoey but she was not having it dang her. Anyway so last night I took a used checked of mine ripped it into a bunch of little pieces and wrote all the names on it including one Zoey for good measures threw them in my Alpine Stars hat and mixed them up and let her pick one... and well lets just say its going to be NHL haha. But yeah back to the Ultrasound:

 

 

 

 

So looking at the pics I have no freaking ideal how you can distinguish that those are girl parts... but hey she is paid to do that kinda thing not me so I will take her word for it. But just for good measures we are having the 4 d ultrasound in May so if you want to come hit me up and ill see if we can fit you in. But as of right now we are having a little girl. But anyway like I was saying it was pretty amazing the best part of all was like at one point all you could see on the screen was a little hand and it opened and closed like the baby was waving at us it was soooo cute!!!!♥ and let me tell you that kid has been moving around a lot and I feel it all the time I can only imagine what it feels like to acacia cuz it feels like the baby is trying to kick her way out of her stomach haha.

Now onto non baby related news... Did you know that April was Seatbelt awareness month in the state of MD? Well I didn't... so on my way to work this morning I happen to look to my right and notice a lovely state trooper staring at me.... And Im all like wtf are you looking at and then he slows down and im like fuck then he hits his lights... well being the considerate type of guy that I am I slow pull over into the mall parking lot. On the way he shuts off his lights while were sitting at a red light waiting to turn when it turns green I start to turn and he turns his lights on again and hits his siren and im like I know asshole... and he does this about 4 more times till I stop like I didn't see his ass in the first place or like I was going to make a run for it in my pick up truck... Well he gets out and puts his damn hat on and comes up and goes why did you put your seat belt on and I was like cuz I figured you were going to pull me over. Then he was all like when I turn my lights on you have to pull over right away and stop... to which I reply well I was trying to get off 140 I didn't want some random car hitting your or anything and he was like you should have just pulled onto the shoulder and I look around and im like wtf shoulder are you talking about there is none... here is my info. So he takes it and gives me a 25 dollar ticket... now let me just remind everyone incase they forgot... I ride a crotch rocket... a street bike... a motorcycle which last time I checked there were no seatbelts on them... nor is there anything to stop you from just randomly flying off. So why exactly should I have to wear my seat belt when im driving my truck? It's not like im going to get blown out of it or anything. And this is a totally plausible argument and I do not want anyone to reply with cuz it's the law asshole... it's a fucking stoopid law from the get go and should not be in place. The state of MD must really be hard up for money having state troopers riding around looking in people's cars to see if they are wearing seatbelts. Like if I was on my bike would he had pulled me over cuz my shoelace was untied... would he have pulled me over for not having a jacket on or riding in shorts and sandals no. Just like on my bike I should have the choice of weather I feel the need to protect myself with a seat belt or protective gear. It's a bullshit law just to get money out of people. O well So I called Shaffer about it and he told me it was seatbelt awareness month I told him its im about to set the state barracks on fire month and then send them there 25 fucking dollars to rebuild... bastards
